The Personal Information We Collect:
We collect a limited amount of personal information from our clients and artists including, full name, phone number, email address, full street address, social media and credit card/PayPal information (see ‘Payment Privacy’).

We collect and save personal information from our clients and artists to help maintain a professional relationship. We use this information to converse with, and provide information to our clients, to ship our products, and to receive payments.
Securing Data and Payment Privacy:
We have the highest security for protecting your personal data used for client and artist profiles. Our online inventory of art has the highest level of security for the safe keeping and organization of your digital art collection, your payment information will be secured and not given to any third party.
We use TD Canada Trust Banking, and PayPal for our transactions. Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way(SSL/TLS certifications). You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the Web page.

Ivy Cedar Galleries has communication and is working with third parties by providing personal information for shipping needs.
Refunds
All payment is due upon Order Submission.
In order to be eligible for a refund on a product or service, you will need to first contact us via email : hope@ivycedargalleries.com to request the refund with your purchase record or Order Confirmation attached.
Custom Charcoal Drawings and Custom Arcylic and Watercolour Paintings are not eligible for refunds after the product has been shipped to you. Please contact us before shipping your product back to us (Contact us for shipping information). Custom work is non-refundable after you receive your estimated time of delivery.
Any products you wish to return/ship back must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in anyway. Ivy Cedar Galleries is not liable for damage through the shipping process. After we receive your item, it will be inspected and the refund will be issued.
A full refund will be given if artwork is incomplete, or if custom pieces are refused by the artist. The amount will be refunded via e-transfer, or PayPal. It may take up to 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show on your statement.
